Returns Policy  

We offer a no hassle 28 day returns policy on full priced items.
To make this quick and easy :

  1. Fill in the Returns Form included in your order including order date and reference number.
  2. Pack up the item (you can reuse our packaging) and send it back to us with the Returns Label attached. The costs involved with returning an item(s) are the responsibility of the buyer.
  3. Let us do the rest.

We try and process returns within 24 hours, and this is much easier when they have Order Reference Numbers.

We do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, and consider insuring your parcel, in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.

Unfortunately we can’t extend this offer to sale or clearance items — see below for how we deal with those

Exchanges 

We can exchange for the same item in a different size or colour. We can also provide a Credit Note to spend on anything you like at a later date.

Refunds  

We will be happy to refund any items purchased at full retail price, provided it is returned within 28 days of delivery. We ask that the items arrive back to us in their original condition, with all packaging, tickets and tags attached.

Unfortunately we cannot return the original Postage & Packaging charges paid by you if you require a refund, so all refunds are MINUS this amount. We do not profit from Postage & Packaging and keep our prices realistic to what Royal Mail charge us. Please be aware that credits can take several days to show in your account once the they have been processed. Please refer to your card issuer’s terms & conditions for further info.

Orders that qualify for a free delivery can only be extended to customers wishing to keep or exchange the product. In the case of a refund the free delivery becomes void and a Postage & Packaging charge at a standard £4.95 will be deducted before a refund is issued.

Sale and Clearance Items 

Sale or Clearance items or items bought during a promotion can be returned under the same hassle free policy as full priced items, except we ask that they are returned within 14 days of delivery.

Returning items from outside the EU? 

When returning items from outside the EU please be sure to include ‘Returns Department’ prominently at the top of the address and declare the goods as returns to the postal service.

This will prevent your return being delayed by UK customs, allowing us to process it far more quickly.

Unfortunately failure to do this will result in the parcel being held by UK Customs for processing. This can take up to 28 days to complete, and will lead to an invoice for VAT plus handling (roughly 20% of the returns value) which we will pass on to you and will require payment before the parcel will be released. This is a non-refundable charge.

Reasonable Care 

If you want to return or exchange your products, you must take reasonable care of them and they should be returned to us in their original condition, which means that:

  • You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products as you would in our store.
  • You mustn’t try on the products wearing strong perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave scent or marks on the products.
  • Shoes mustn’t be worn outside and no scuffing should appear on the sole.
  • Tags should not be removed from any item.
  • The original packaging should be retained and returned.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the products before returning them to us, you may have to compensate us. For health and hygiene reasons all underwear and socks are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.

Goods Damaged in Transit 

In the event of goods being damaged on receipt they should be returned for our inspection immediately.

Under no circumstances must items be used when damaged, as you will be deemed to have accepted them in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and if necessary, the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing.

Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed for justified damage claims.

Cancellation 

If you wish to cancel you must tell us in writing or via the Contact Us page within 14 working days from the day after the date on which the products are delivered. You should keep evidence of having given your cancellation notice, such as a certificate of posting. You must return the products to us in accordance with these Terms of Sale.

Can I take my return to the store? 

No problem at all, as long as you return the goods within 28 days delivery. The store staff can process an exchange but if a refund is required this will need to be processed by the Website team and may take an additional day.
